We all have seen the immense power of the Infinity Stones in Avengers: Infinity War and many fans have often wondered which one of them is the strongest.

Well, it seems like finally, Marvel has answered the fans in Infinity Wars #4 by Mike Deodato Jr, Gerry Duggan and Frank Martin. Since its reappearance in the Marvel Universe, the Infinity Stones have set many things in motion. Gamora killed Thanos, and claimed her power on all the Infinity Stones, becoming the villain Requiem.

She used the power of the Stones to cut lives into half by merging two souls into one. Meanwhile, Loki investigates the nature of reality, which led him to the Asgardian Library, but the critical pages he needed were torn out.

Also, Something isn’t right in Soul World, the plane that exists inside the Soul Stone. Many characters like Pip The Troll, Adam Warlock, Drax and Gamora have lived there before but now, a monster was stalking the world. A monster named Devondra.

It turns out that everything mentioned above is actually connected. The pages torn out of Loki’s book were subjected to Devondra. A spider-god, who devours souls and create new realities out of her threads, Devondra is the one who gives the Soul Gem its power. This same power helped Gamora aka Requiem to merge with various souls at once, and also, the same power that helped Thanos wiping out half the existence in Infinity War.

The Soul Stone is the most powerful: so powerful that its mention was removed from the Asgardian library so that no one could know about its power. It has always been unique among all other stones, as it’s the only Stone that appears Sentient, with a dark will of its own.
