Brandon Routh appeared in the movie Superman Returns as Superman thirteen years ago. Recently, Brandon Routh was once again spotted as Superman in the CW’s “Crisis on Infinite Earths,” which is an Arrowverse crossover event. Crisis on Infinite Earths has only aired three out of five parts, which have given lots of pleasant surprises to all its viewers.

Thirteen years ago, when the Superman Returns hit the theatre, Brandon Routh appeared as Superman, which was loved by many. Still, unfortunately, Superman Returns never had a sequel due to many reasons. Now, we can see Brandon Routh in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, which is also a show by CW.

The Crisis Event:

The Crisis event brings all the major heroes of the Dc universe from multiple piles of earth to battle against the Anti-Monitor, which is a godlike villain who threatens to destroy all the numerous. Only three episodes have been aired, but most of us know the ending from the comic books in which the story ends with deaths of The Flash and Supergirl followed by the destruction of the DC’s multiverse, which leads to single earth with hundreds of heroes. In this series, we can see all the current DC Comic adaptions on The CW with characters from Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legend of Tomorrow, Batwoman, and Black Lightning. Along with the characteristics of Titans, 1990’s Flash, Birds of Prey, Smallville, Superman Returns, and Tim Burton’s Batman with the iconic 1966 Batman Series.

In a recent interview, when asked, Brandon Routh told everyone that this is his last appearance as a Superman Character. He said everyone that it was his last opportunity to close the Superman chapter as no matter how much screen time he gets in the episode if The CW’s. He was grateful for the opportunity and said that he was good, at peace, and still excited to play the character.
