The ‘Dark Guardians Of The Galaxy’ Announced By Marvel

The most recent run of Guardians of the Galaxy is still about a few months away and it seems like the new arrangement will acquaint another gathering with the Marvel Comics mythos inside the initial couple of issues. As per Marvel’s comic requesting for March 2019, Guardians of the Galaxy #3 will present a gathering called the Dark Guardians, apparently a screw-up partner to the fundamental squad of Guardians.

Alongside the sales, a David Marquez-drawn cover was launched that appears to uncover the underlying cosmetics of the Dark Guardians. Up front is the Cosmic Ghost Rider, an ongoing creation from Donny Cates and Geoff Shaw, the imaginative group behind this running of Guardians.

Alongside the future Frank Castle, whatever is left of the Dark Guardians consists of Gladiator, Starfox, Nebula, and Wraith. The incorporation of Kallark and Cosmic Ghost Rider on the Dark Guardians is a fascinating improvement as the match had been in the running for spots on the primary Guardians squad.

On the off chance that you take the Shi’ar powerhouse and Spirit of Vengeance out of the condition, that would leave Star-Lord, Darkhawk, Phyla-vell, Beta Ray Bill, Adam Warlock, Silver Surfer, Moondragon, Richard Rider/Nova, and Groot competing for the group’s residual spots.

Another fascinating point is the inclusion of Starfox/Eros, as the character has been pushed into the spotlight in the light of Thanos’ passing. Cates already ComicBook.com that the character is a bit tangled over the demise of his destructive sibling.

“Right! Eros has been a wonderful character to write fro that very conflicted reason,” Cates said. “He’s sad that his brother is gone, but on the same hand, his brother was THANOS, so it’s not the worst thing to happen to the universe. Still, there’s a reason Eros is the one reading his will. No one knew Thanos quite like his brother. And as much as he is in mourning (check out that new Eros costume Geoff gave him!) he knows that the real work must begin now. Before his brothers will rips the universe in half.”
