While no dates for Spider-Man: No Way Home’s digital and home distribution have been announced, a report has disclosed the contents of the film’s deleted scenes. The bonus content is expected to be 100 minutes long, providing fans with an additional taste of Tom Holland’s newest web-slinging adventure. The No Way Home DVD includes five deleted scenes, featuring more footage of surprise co-stars including Charlie Cox (Matt Murdock / Daredevil) and the reunion of previous Spider-Man actors Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. Amit Chaudhari, a movie insider, tweeted a list of every deleted scene and featurette from Spider-Man: No Way Home. The deleted sequences are titled “Interrogation Scene Extended” (2:25), “Peter Day at Midtown High” (2:25), and “Peter Day at Midtown High” (2:25). (5:25), “The Spideys Hang Out” (1:35), “Happy’s Very Good Lawyer” (1:35), and “Undercroft Montage” (1:35). (4:25).

The questioning sequence was used in the first teaser trailer for No Way Home:

The questioning sequence was used in the first teaser trailer for “No Way Home.” Many fans assumed that one of the characters being interrogated was Matt Murdock, although Charlie Cox continuously denied any involvement in the Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios movie. That, of course, proved to be incorrect, since Matt Murdock represented Peter Parker once his identity was known to the world and he was blamed for Mysterio’s death. A brick was hurled through a window at the Parker house as Peter, Matt, Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau), and Aunt May Parker (Marisa Tomei) were discussing their legal struggle over dinner. Cox’s blind lawyer had previously grabbed the brick with ease, prompting Peter to inquire as to how he had done so. “I’m a really competent lawyer,” Matt said.

“Peter Day at Midtown High” marked Peter’s first return to Midtown High with his name revealed to the public:

“Peter Day at Midtown High” was Peter’s first return to Midtown High with his name revealed to the public. While a throng met Peter, MJ (Zendaya), and Ned (Jacob Batalon) outside the school, Peter’s professors displayed a Spider-Man shrine within its walls. With all of the multiverse events taking place in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Peter doesn’t spend much time at school, but watching his teacher and school mates having mixed feelings to their new local hero was a highlight. The reappearance of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, of course, had spectators clamoring. Even when set footage and photographs were released online, both actors denied they were in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Garfield and Maguire’s Spider-Men joined forces with Tom Holland to face the Green Goblin, Electro, Sandman, and Lizard, and the heroes won the day before being restored to their respective realms. Fans will have to wait until a later date to witness those deleted sequences, but for now, they can still enjoy Spider-Man: No Way Home, which has surpassed the $1 billion mark at the international box office.
