DC’s one of the most superior superheroes, Flash, had multiple costumes all his way. Amongst all, the ones that appeared in The Justice League went pretty much well. However, the fastest man alive failed to get prominent colors like Batman and Superman’s costumes. In fact, Berry Allen failed to match the dressing sense of Wonder Woman as well. With that being said, the Scarlet Speedster got some serious classy and sleek look ever since he debuted with the Silver Age. While fans have seen multiple versions of Flashes; including Barry Allen, Jay Garrick, Bart Allen, and Wally West, each one of them has their own outfits to slay in front of the deadly villains.

These are some of the worst Flash costumes amongst all –

The Flash Costume: Jay Garrick

Jay Garrick has all the attributes from the classic comic book. While the primary color does align somewhat with Superman’s costume, the lightning bolt icon embraces an even stronger appeal than the shield The Man of Steel carries. However, the Golden Age Flash’s costume persona speaks more like the pulp heroes from the 1930s and 1940s. Moreover, Jay Garrick also never cared to wear a mask, which is perhaps a disappointment.

The Flash Costume: Injustice 2

One of the greatest loopholes of Injustice 2 was the customization that is offered. Trying to do something prominent, the Flash’s default costume lacked a lot of things. Precisely, this version of the Flash’s costume made no sense at all. Additionally, the arbitrary embellishments ignited a lot of opportunities for the viewers to question about. Only the metallic gold trim looked great along with the texturing on the legs and arms.

The Flash Costume: CW’s Version

Grant Gustin’s performance as the bookish Flash indeed brought sparkle and charm on screen. Each and every single season tried to develop the Flash’s costume to make it look somewhat the same as the comic book’s version. However, in the process, the makers unintentionally took some serious missteps. While the helmet looked quite excellent, the ear wings were somewhat a turn-off for the viewers.

The Flash Costume: Jason Garrick

The original costume was indeed influenced by the pulps. But this version of the Flash’s costume took the simplicity to a more scientific level. As a result, the makers gave it some unnecessary embellishments that weren’t any great steps after all.  The fact that this version of the Flash got his powers from an Old God overshadowed his costume. As a result, Jason Garrick’s costume in this New 52 era failed to match the expectations of the audience.

The Flash Costume: DCEU Version

While some fans loved his costume this time, many raised questions about the promises DCEU echoed. With that said, the Flash’s suit in Justice League tells a story. It has some tiny scratches and some rivets that highlight that it might be something that Barry built himself. As a result, the costume looks quite like a sleek armor-plated suit, which definitely does not align right with the persona and aura our superhero carries.
