Sanderson initially claimed to be a victim of a hit-and-run at the ski resort and tried to sue Paltrow for almost $3.1 million. However, the judge turned down the claim, and therefore, Sanderson proceeded with a suit trying to claim $300,000 in damages from the American actress. The trial is still going on but on Wednesday, Sanderson accused Paltrow for him having 3 “near-death experiences” following his skiing accident.

How did the accident between Gwyneth Paltrow and Terry Sanderson really happen?

A skiing accident occurred between Gwyneth Paltrow and Terry Sanderson back in 2016. According to the statement given by Sanderson, the Emma actress was skiing dangerously on the slopes. He further explained that he was also a victim of a hit-and-run as Paltrow just skied away after the incident. The statement said,

Gwyneth Paltrow skied out of control (…) knocking [Sanderson] down hard, knocking him out, and causing a brain injury, four broken ribs, and other serious injuries. Paltrow got up, turned, and skied away, leaving Sanderson stunned, lying in the snow, seriously injured.

Terry Sanderson accused the Ironman actress for him having 3 “near-death experiences

On Wednesday, Sanderson blamed Gwyneth Paltrow for his 3 ‘near-death experiences‘. He said, “Yes, it’s very unusual for me to not make good medical decisions” and he blamed the actress for this. All of these accidents took place after the 2016 skiing accident with Paltrow so it is quite confusing how she was responsible for these. In the first incident, Sanderson was allegedly blacked out for a long time. He even got swelling later on because of the accident.

The second incident occurred when Sanderson accidentally cut his own leg through the femoral artery. Terry Sanderson even claimed that the injury, “looked like a murder scene“. The third accident occurred when Sanderson accidentally overdosed on ‘OxyContin and Tramadol’. He blamed Gwyneth Paltrow for this one as he takes OxyContin regularly for his ribs that broke from the skiing accident back in 2016.
