For more than a year, it has been frequently said that Daredevil star Charlie Cox is set to appear in Spider-Man: No Way Home as Matt Murdock. Since then there have also been reports where it has been said that he might also be seen in She-Hulk.
This reported crossover of Marvel Television characters with the larger Marvel Universe does seem like the studio is exploring different ways of incorporating such TV characters frequently in the future. Although, the individual history of these characters won’t be directly referenced just as it was done in Ang Lee’s Hulk’s loose adaptation, ‘The Incredible Hulk’.
But certainly, the latest piece of information from the Reddit page r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers will make every Marvel fan excited.
The page moderators report that the Disney+ series ‘Hawkeye’ will see the return of Wilson Fisk/Kingpin played by Vincent D’Onofrio. It was also said the Daredevil will also make an appearance in the Disney+ series. However, due to scheduling issues, this might not happen. Also, it has been said that the Hawkeye plot will be tied to the storyline of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Therefore, the show will be released on the streaming service at the same time the movie’s release.
The sources report that the six-part series will see Fisk making an appearance in the fifth episode of the series. It would be really exciting to see how this all plays out in the series. Marvel fans already know that when they saw the Multiverse, there were several points of connect that might have led these ‘The Defenders’ characters to find their way back ‘home’!
Now, maybe you are tempted to reject this proposition because it came from Reddit. But you need to know that there have been several pieces of information that have previously been said on the page that turned out to be true. This did include plotline leaks for several shows and the number of episodes in some of the Disney+ series.
If these reports turn out to be correct, you can expect Daredevil and Fisk to make an appearance in the planned series ‘The Echo’.
