‘Weren’t You Broke?’: Johnny Depp Fans Troll Amber Heard for Flying Private Plane But Refusing to Pay $10M

The defamation trial between Johnny Depp and his ex-wife Amber Heard was ultimately resolved in the first week of June, with Depp winning the case. On a counterclaim by Depp’s counsel, the jury granted the 58-year-old actor $10.35 million in total compensation, while Amber Heard was awarded $2 million in compensatory damages.

Amber Heard’s lawyer stated that she ‘absolutely cannot’ pay Johnny the $10 million she owes him right now. Ironically, the actress was photographed for the first time after the trial exiting a private jet at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. The actress was escorted by VIP SUVs, according to the photos.

After losing the blockbuster trial, the Aquaman actor flew from New Jersey to Washington, DC, and then returned to her home in Virginia for meetings. Amber’s photos went viral on social media, and she was swiftly criticized by Johnny Depp fans. Amber was chastised by fans for traveling on a private jet after her lawyer indicated that she would be unable to pay Depp $10 million in damages.

Looks like Amber Heard really needs to be careful with every move she makes. Eagle-eyed Depp fans are missing no chance to target Heard. People are calling her out for what a hypocrite she is, crying in the courtroom for the jury to cut her some slack. Heard’s attorney very well put forth that Heard has no funds to pay the repercussion and now we can see her flying in private planes and living a lavish life. A fan even trolled Heard saying “she has no money to pay Johnny Depp and the charities she used for clout but can afford a YSL purse, a private jet, pr team, and a 22k a month mansion.”

Mr. Depp was suing his wife for $50 million for an op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post claiming that she is a survivor of domestic violence. The op-ed allegedly made things go south for Johnny Depp in professional as well as personal aspects.
