Rapper Kanye West has been very active on social media lately. The rapper used his Instagram to call out a lot of celebrities and even clothing brands like Adidas and Gap. He came after Adidas for making decisions surrounding his Yeezy shoe collection without his involvement and then Gap for allegedly copying his Yeezy and Balenciaga collection. Rapper Diddy and record producer Swizz Beatz are siding with Kanye West in his battle against Adidas as they spoke in support of the rapper. Kanye West, who is legally known as Ye, accused Adidas of leaving him out of meetings regarding his Yeezy brand and also stealing his designs.
Rapper Diddy will boycott Adidas
A screenshot of a conversation between Kanye West and Diddy was posted by both of them on their social media accounts. In the picture, Diddy tells Kanye West, “please can [sic] send me something I could post in support of you! I never wear Adidas again for the rest of my life if they don’t make you right!!!!” to which Kanye West replied, “Praise God Love you.” The second slide of the post contained a picture of a Yeezy-like shoe released by Adidas with a red “X” over the photo.
