Jennifer Garner shared her favorite beauty advice
The American actress shares two daughters, Violet Anne and Seraphina Rose, with former partner Ben Affleck and revealed her favorite beauty advice that she gave to them,
“Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look at the rest of the world to see what you could be using your time for instead. We all look at our faces more than people used to, and it doesn’t do you any good.” adding, “You don’t need to wear so much makeup or have such a constant blowout.”
She asked people to look less in the mirror as it “doesn’t do you any good“.

Jennifer Garner talked about her hair philosophy
She also talked about how she maintains her hair, she said,
“My hair philosophy is the same way as how I approach makeup, which is that if you take care of your skin and hair, then you should feel good without adding anything major. As I get older, I probably need more mascara or to give my roots a little help, but I don’t have to do that, because I know that my skin and hair are as strong as ever.”
She believes that her skin and hair are strong and she doesn’t need anything as she feels good in her own skin. A lot of people called Jennifer Garner a downgrade after Ben Affleck started dating her but she is unfazed as the actress has a lot of supporters and received a lot of love for her statement.
She also talked about injections
Jennifer Garner explained that anyone who is considering injections should be “very, very incredibly judicious and wait as absolutely long as possible.” She said, “Don’t think that you’re 37 and you need to be shooting up your face.”
The actress played the role of Jenna Rink in 13 Going on 30 (2004). One scene that a lot of fans still remember to this day was Jenna Rink’s dress-up scene that features icy-blue eye shadow, and bright pink lipstick, with Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance with Somebody playing in the background.
